1. Soak the dried sea antlers in clean water for two hours, then rinse them several times. The sea antlers themselves are very clean.

2. Cut the red bell pepper into strips, or you can replace it with cucumber strips

3. Use soy sauce, Maggi soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar (add a little more to remove the fishy smell of sea urchin), chives and minced garlic to make the sauce
