Method 1

Choose tender tall melons, flatten the leaves next to them with a knife, remove the roots and old stems, and rinse them with clean water.

Cut the lean pork into shreds and set aside.

Prepare a small basin in advance and soak the fungus in clean water. After the fungus is soaked, wash it and set aside.

Heat an iron pan over high heat, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and when the oil is 70% hot, pour in the shredded pork and stir-fry.

After the shredded pork turns white, pour in cooking wine, vinegar and sugar and stir-fry. At this time, you can also add some minced ginger or garlic cloves according to your taste.

Pour in the shredded cucumber and stir-fry.

Add black fungus and shredded red pepper and stir-fry.

Stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes. When the fungus starts to crackle, add a little salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Before serving, you can add a little water starch and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens. Then it is ready to eat.

2. Heat the pan with a little more oil and pour in the shredded pork

3. Stir-fry the shredded pork until it changes color, then set it aside. Add the scallion and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add a little dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and water, stir well, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.

5. Add wild rice shreds and green peppers and stir fry for a few times

6. Fry the wild rice stem until soft and cooked.
