How to make Xiaoshanjin pudding

1. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons of cold water to the pot and cook over medium heat until it turns caramel color

14. Filter the stirred egg and milk mixture once more and put it into the pudding cup

15. Put 80 degree hot water into the baking tray, put the pudding cup into the hot water, and bake in the lower layer of the oven preheated to 150 degree for about 1 hour.

16. Let it cool down and refrigerate. Take it out the next day, sprinkle fine sugar on the surface, and use a spray gun to spray the caramel layer.
