How to make Celery, Shrimp and Tofu Salad

1. Cut off the old skin of tofu and rinse it with clean water for later use

2. Remove the heads of the dried prawns, then the tails and shells, cut into dices and set aside. Wash and chop the water celery and set aside.

3. Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Add a little salt after the water boils, then put in the tofu and cook it.

4. Boil the tofu for about four to five minutes, scoop it out with a strainer and place it on a plate

5. Crush the tofu with a spoon, then add a little pepper and a quarter teaspoon of salt to taste

6. Sieve the tofu paste. This step is to make the tofu paste more delicate.

7. Heat a little oil in the pan, then add the chopped garlic to release the aroma

8. Pour in the prepared shrimp and diced celery and stir-fry for a few times (because the dried shrimp itself has a strong salty taste, so don’t add salt to it, and don’t stir-fry it for too long, because it will be put into the oven later)

9. Put the fried shrimp and celery into the glass fresh-keeping box, and scoop the prepared tofu paste on top.

10. Preheat the oven to 180°, put in the prepared salad, and bake for about eight minutes (watch it, turn off the heat when the surface of the baked tofu turns light yellow)
