How to make Japanese tofu with fish flavor

5. Mix sugar, salt, vinegar, starch and water, pour into the pot, stir quickly and evenly to form a thick sauce. Pour the fried Japanese tofu into the pan.

6. Gently turn the Japanese tofu so that it is evenly coated with the sauce.

7. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens. The fragrant Japanese tofu is out of the pot!
