How to make spicy artichokes

15. Add the cooked artichoke juice, salt, pepper and a tea strainer filled with spices, place them into the pot with the flower stems facing up, cover and cook until the artichokes are soft, about 15 minutes.

16. Remove the artichokes and arrange on a plate.

17. Boil the soup until thick.

18. Pour over the artichokes.
