How to make Italian prosciutto bread

5. Add the diced smoked ham and knead it evenly by cutting it in overlapping layers.

6. After kneading, cover with a damp cloth and leave at room temperature for 90 minutes

7. Divide the dough into 3 pieces, roll into balls, and let them rise for 20 minutes in the middle.

8. Sprinkle corn flour on the baking tray, roll the dough into a round shape again and put it in the baking tray to rise for 1 hour. Finally, make a cut on the surface of the bread. Spray steam in the oven. The way I make steam is to preheat a plate of stones 30 minutes in advance, then sprinkle water on the stones. Bake at 210 degrees for about 20 minutes
