How to make crab inlaid orange

To make a good dish is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Just prepare the ingredients and tableware, control the heat, and then follow the steps below for crab inlaid with orange. I believe you can do it.

1. Marinate the crab meat with a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

2.1 Rinse the corn with water and drain.

3.2 Defrost and dice the shrimps, marinate with cooking wine and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

4.1 Cut off a slice of the top of each orange at the upper quarter, keep the top, scoop out the orange pulp, and keep some of the orange flesh. (I only made 4 and steamed the rest.)

5.2 Peel and dice the carrots, and wash and dice the mushrooms.

6.1 Divide the fillings into oranges.

7.2 Put crab meat, shrimp, corn, carrots and mushrooms into a large bowl, add salt, sugar, chicken essence and corn oil and mix well.

8. Cover the top with the original orange slices and steam for 15 minutes.

9. Serve on a plate.

10. It has a strong orange flavor and the filling is very fresh. My two children love it very much.
