How to make dry fried bell

1. Soak the oily skin in water for half a day.

2. Prepare the meat filling, pour in two spoons of water used to soak ginger and scallions, an appropriate amount of salt, and a small spoon of rice wine.

3. Stir evenly into a thin paste.

4. Take out the oil skin, gently squeeze out the water, and place two sheets of oil skin on top of each other on the chopping board.

5. Use chopsticks to gently spread the meat filling all over the dough.

6. Cut off the uneven edges and corners, gently roll the dough into a roll, and stick a little clean water on the outermost layer to secure it.

7. Cut into even long strips.

8. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% hot, use a slotted spoon to gently place the oil rolls into the pan and fry for two minutes.

9. Fry all the dough rolls once and take them out.

10. When the oil in the pot is heated to 70% to 80% hot, pour the fried dough rolls back into the pot and fry again until the surface is golden brown.
