3.2 Boil water in the pot, add pepper and rock sugar

4. Pour the cooled brine into the bottle, add chili pepper (with soup) and pickled pepper

5. Add the vegetables to be pickled and pour sorghum wine on the surface

6. The vegetables should be completely submerged in the brine and as close to the bottle mouth as possible. Cover with a sealed lid and marinate for about 16 days.
