How to make marinated sea bass

1.1 Make slashes on both sides of the sea bass, put it in a container, and add a little green onion, ginger, and chili. Reserve a small half bowl of marinade and pour the rest into a container to marinate the fish. Turn the fish over after 20 to 30 minutes and continue marinating for the same amount of time.

2.2 Prepare all materials. A suitable size for sea bass is about 2 jin.

3.1 Cut the green onion into sections, ginger into slices, and chili into slices for later use.

4.2 Make slashes on both sides of the sea bass, put it in a container, and add a little green onion, ginger, and chili. Reserve a small half bowl of the marinade and pour the rest into a container to marinate the fish.

5. Place the marinated fish on a plate, add ginger slices, a little scallion and chili pepper. After the water in the steamer boils, steam over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

6. Add peanut oil to the wok, add the remaining scallion segments and stir-fry until fragrant, then make scallion oil for later use.

7. Take out the steamed fish and pour out the water in the dish. Add appropriate amount of marinade according to personal taste, and finally pour hot scallion oil on it and it is ready to serve.
