8. Add sauerkraut. If it is too dry, add some water and sugar. Sauerkraut is usually quite sour. I prefer the sweet and sour taste.

9. Cook over high heat for about 4 minutes, add some chicken essence and it’s ready to serve. It doesn’t require any technical skills and anyone can do it. The large intestine is sour and spicy, and chewy. Actually, what I like is sauerkraut, it’s appetizing.
