11. Place a mat on the chopping board, place the crepe with the smooth side facing up, take some cream and spread it evenly. You don’t need too much cream, just a thin layer will do.

12. Place the strawberry slices evenly and at intervals (try to be neat or it will look ugly when cut), place the upper and lower pieces of snow skin on top, and press them down slightly with your hands to make the crust and cream fit together. It is best to leave some space on the edge of the crust without applying butter, otherwise it will leak out when pressed and it will be very troublesome.

13. Complete all in order. Then wrap the cake in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours. For the final decoration, sprinkle with matcha powder or place strawberries, whatever you like.
