How to make shepherd's purse egg rolls

1. Remove old leaves from shepherd's purse, wash and set aside.

2. Blanch in boiling water with a little salt until cooked.

4. Squeeze out the water from shepherd's purse.

5.Cut the chives into thin sections.

6. Chop the shepherd's purse into fine pieces and set aside together with the chopped chives.

11.Roll up slowly from one end.

13. Cut into pieces and place on a plate after serving.
