Japanese curry recipe

On the surface it may seem like a hassle-free experience, but from a health perspective it is a very bad habit. Caring for your health starts with diet. When it comes to diet, it starts with yourself. So below I will first introduce how to cook Japanese curry.

1. Dice chicken thighs, carrots, potatoes and onions. It can also be made with beef or pork, and vegetables such as eggplant and pumpkin can also be added.

2. Put all the ingredients into a frying pan and stir-fry. (If you are lazier than me, you can skip this step and just put the ingredients into the pot and cook.)

3. Put the fried ingredients into the pot and cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

4. After the ingredients in the pot are cooked, add the curry cubes and stir until the curry cubes are melted. Taste the amount yourself and adjust it. (If you don’t mind the trouble, you can chop the curry cubes into small pieces and put them into the pot. This will make it easier to melt and less likely to stick to the bottom of the pot.)

5. After adding the curry cubes, cook for about 10-15 minutes until the curry sauce becomes thick.

6. Don’t put green leafy vegetables in curry because they will be cooked away without a trace. So I added boiled broccoli and lettuce to balance the nutrition.

7. In addition to rice, it is also a great match with French baguettes. It is really delicious. Highly recommended.
