The Laziest Way to Make Mashed Potatoes

The Laziest Way to Make Mashed Potatoes

What do you do when you are unhappy? Maybe you will choose to cry or laugh, or go out and have fun, or smoke or drink, etc., but I believe there are definitely people who are willing to choose "eating". When you are unhappy, you might as well make something delicious for yourself, maybe your mood will improve immediately. Well, let me first introduce the laziest way to make mashed potatoes.

1. I was lazy, so I just rinsed the whole potato with skin and threw it into the pressure cooker. I used about twelve potatoes here, and the pressure cooker only took ten minutes. The standard method is to wash and peel the potatoes, cut the big potatoes into pieces, and throw the small potatoes directly into the pot and cook them (not in a pressure cooker). The potatoes here should be smooth potatoes, not crispy potatoes or chewy potatoes.

2. After the potatoes are cool, just squeeze them with your hands and the skin will be gone. Put the potatoes in a bowl and mash them. If the potato skin is missing when you eat it, then yes, it means I made it, not bought it.

3. Butter and cheese, about 14x8x2cm of cheese. Cheddar is best, but other options are also acceptable. But don't use mozzarella, it will ruin the taste. I cut the butter into 5x3x4cm. There is no need to be very strict. It is entirely up to your preference to put more or less. But you have to be careful about the amount of Cheddar you use, because it is very salty in itself, and the ham is also salty when added later. If there are not enough potatoes, the whole mashed potatoes will be too salty and cannot be eaten directly. It’s okay if you put less.

4. Use some mashed potatoes as the base, then throw in milk, cheese, and butter. Put it in the microwave for a few turns. It's fine once it's melted. It doesn't matter if it's not completely melted. Why is my cheese white? Because I just took it out of the freezer. I bought too much last time. If I refrigerate it, it will go bad in a few days. But this is not the right way to do it! Don't learn from me

5. After it is melted, mix it with mashed potatoes. No matter how lazy you are, you must mix it well. After it is mixed, take a bite (not a little, a bite). If it feels very fine, move on to the next step. The picture shows the melted milk, cheese and butter. In fact, the correct way is to cut the cheese (of course not frozen) and butter into small pieces, add milk and mix them with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes are hot and will melt together, but in order to make it easier to peel and to avoid thawing the cheese and then cutting it, I did it this way.

6. Dice the ham

7. How much green beans, ham and green beans to put depends on your mood. There is no fixed amount. You can also put broccoli, onions, carrots, cantaloupe, blueberries, pears, and pork elbows in rock sugar. Put whatever you like, as long as you feel that it is edible.

8. Add pepper and stir. Stir.

9. You can put baking paper on the baking tray and put it in the oven as shown in the cover picture, or you can put it in a glass dish and throw it in the oven. Because there is only one large baking tray and I am too lazy to put them one by one, I just use a basin. But I don’t know whether the inside will be good after it is baked. I haven’t eaten it yet. I really made too much>_

10. While baking mashed potatoes, I also baked sausages, added BBQ sauce, ketchup and mustard (not spicy at all). The embarrassing shape next to it is the gingerbread cookies I made for Christmas (///_///). They are quite delicious. As for whether the sausages are over-baked, I will not answer the question.

11. It is very convenient to pack lunch boxes and bring them to school.

12. You can also make a roll with pancakes. Ever since I bought a rice roll with pancakes in a supermarket, I’ve come to realize that there is nothing that can’t be made with pancakes.

13. You can also make omelette rice, but instead of wrapping the rice with an omelette, you use mashed potatoes. You can also make fried mashed potato cakes, fried mashed potato balls, anything you can think of and eat, no problem. Mashed potatoes are the laziest~b(∩_∩)d~ If there is no picture, I will post the sauces in the refrigerator

Sometimes during family gatherings, relatives always complain that I can’t cook and everyone can’t enjoy the food. Don't worry now, just look at the steps above and learn how to make mashed potatoes yourself.
