11. Add boiling water and then add soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine.

12. Pour the beef and soup into the soup pot.

13. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

14. Add salt and simmer for another 30 minutes.
