12. Add the remaining 1/3 of rice flour.

14. Open the steamer, the ribs are almost cooked at this time.

15. Add peas and continue steaming for about ten minutes until both are cooked through. You can eat it directly after it comes out of the pot, or you can sprinkle some minced garlic and chopped green onions on it, and then pour a little hot oil on the peas.
