Ingredients: 2 spoons of soy sauce, light soy sauce, 1 spoon of white sugar, noodles, chopped green onions, rapeseed, eggs. Method: 1. Mix two spoons of soy sauce with one spoon of light soy sauce and one spoon of white sugar to make a sauce. 2. Bring the noodles to a boil, then remove from the water and rinse with cold water for later use. 3. Pour a little oil into the pot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the noodles and stir-fry evenly with the chopped green onion. 4. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry. 5. Add the rapeseed, stir-fry until soft, then serve together with the noodles. 6. Use the remaining oil at the bottom of the pan to fry a poached egg.
