Ingredients: nameko mushroom, diced lean meat, spinach, corn noodles, chopped green onion. Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and diced meat, and add mushrooms after the diced meat turns white. 2. Pour in the noodles, stir a few times, then pour in the spinach, and finally add a few spoons of soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt. When the fried noodles turn golden brown, they can be served.
