Methods/Steps

1. Using flour to rub the large intestine is easier to clean without damaging the intestinal membrane. The taste is better. Turn it over, wash it, and then turn it back over.

2. Rub it clean and then rinse with clean water.

3. Put the washed large intestine into the pot and heat it. The water in the washed large intestine is enough for blanching the large intestine. No need to add more water and bring it to a boil.

4. Take out and wash with warm water.
