How to make minced meat noodles

Noodles are one of our staple foods. Although not as popular as rice, they are also quite common. When eating noodles, it is rare to just have a bowl of clear soup noodles. Generally, side dishes are required, such as vegetables, eggs, and minced meat are the main choices. There is nothing special about minced meat noodles. You just need to fry the minced meat before cooking the noodles, and then pour the minced meat into the noodles when eating. It is a bit similar to臊子面.
