How to make original chiffon

1. Beat the egg yolks with a hand mixer and add fine sugar.

2. Add 121 salad oil into the egg yolk liquid in four batches and mix well.

8. Then beat it for another dozen times and add the first sugar. Keep the whisk at low speed throughout the process.

9. Add sugar for the second time and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

10.1Finally, beat until wet foam forms.

11.2 Add sugar for the third time.

12. Add one third of egg whites to the egg yolk liquid and mix well.

13. Pour the egg yolk liquid into the egg white liquid and stir thoroughly.

14. Pour the mixture into the mold along the edge of the mold and gently shake out the bubbles.

15. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

16. Place on the bottom layer for 40 minutes and remove from the oven after 20 minutes.

17. The cake is basically in a stable state 5 minutes before being taken out of the oven.

18. Allow to cool completely after removing from oven.

19. Then turn it upside down and demould.
