1. Cut the pork tenderloin into strips and sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt.

2. Pour in one tablespoon of delicious soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Wash the celery, remove the roots and yellow leaves, and drain the water.

4. Remove the celery leaves, cut the celery stems into 4 cm long sections, cut the red pepper and ginger into shreds, and cut the green onions into chopped green onions.

5. Put water in the pot, pour in the celery segments after the water boils and blanch them quickly.

6. Take out the blanched celery segments and soak them in cold water.

7. Remove the celery segments, drain the water and set aside.

9. Pour in the marinated pork tenderloin strips, stir-fry until they change color.

10. Pour in one tablespoon of delicious soy sauce.

11. Pour in the drained celery segments and stir-fry over high heat.

12. Add fine salt according to taste and stir-fry evenly.

13. Turn off the heat, pour in the celery leaves, stir-fry quickly and serve.
