How to make spicy fried octopus and straw mushrooms

1. Take a medium-sized octopus, remove the eyes and everything in the head, and wash it clean; take about 200g of pork belly, peel it, wash it, cut it into minced meat, and marinate it with light soy sauce and starch.

2. Use a knife to cut off the hard root of the straw mushroom, wash it and cut it in half (cut it in half) for later use.

3. Blanch the octopus in hot water for one minute.

4. Rinse the octopus with clean water to remove the foam and cut into cubes.

5. Wash two green peppers and two red peppers, remove the stems and cut into dices; peel the ginger and cut into strips; peel and chop two cloves of garlic.

6. Take a picture of the seasonings: Pixian bean paste, red wine, and oyster sauce.

7. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the diced pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove from the pan and set aside.

8. Leave a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat it to 50%, add a tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry over low heat until the oil turns red.

9. Add shredded ginger, minced garlic and chili and stir-fry for a while.

10. Add diced octopus and four tablespoons of red wine and stir-fry over high heat.

11. Add straw mushrooms, 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce and half a bowl of water and stir-fry over high heat.

12. Drain the soup, pour in the minced meat before serving, add a few drops of sesame oil and serve.

Spicy stir-fried octopus and straw mushrooms are delicious, but only when you make it yourself can you truly experience the "delicious" taste.
