Iron Plate Fried Rice and Noodles

South Korea is a country with many delicious foods. Especially for South Korea, teppanyaki rice is a common meal for them. It is also very popular among people from other countries. Moreover, in our country, most of the people in the north eat noodles as their staple food, while the people in the south eat rice as their staple food. Therefore, some ways of eating are also different. Let us learn about teppanyaki fried rice and fried noodles.

1. Marinating of Meat

1. Marinating of pork and beef: Mix shredded ginger, green onion, salt, dark soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, potato starch or cornstarch into marinating water and set aside. Wash and freeze the meat. After cutting, soak it in cold water for a while (to thaw), drain the water, put it into the marinating water, stir gently, wrap it in plastic wrap and marinate.

2. Heat the pan until all the water is dry, add more oil, use 20% hot oil to warm and fry the meat slices, quickly remove from the pan and drain the oil for later use.

2. Prepare ingredients and side dishes

1. Cut the ginger into thin strips, minced garlic, onion, cabbage, carrot, scallion, egg, salt, sugar, chicken essence, MSG, cooking wine, and MSG.

1. Put the loose meat slices into the pan when it is ready to serve, stir-fry them briefly, otherwise they will become cooked.

2. Add the carrots before adding the meat slices. Don’t fry them too much, but make sure they are lively.

3. When the teppanyaki grill starts to smoke, put tin foil on it, sprinkle the onion shreds on the tin foil, add a few drops of sesame oil, and put the fried staple food on the tin foil. You must hear the sizzling sound of the high temperature to feel it.

Teppanyaki fried rice is famous for its loose grains, sparkling golden texture, and delicious taste. It is served with ham, shrimp, eggs and unique craftsmanship, and is definitely a good choice among fast food dishes. There are various varieties: pickled pepper beef teppanyaki rice, spicy chicken teppanyaki rice, hot and sour duck offal teppanyaki rice, spicy eel slices teppanyaki rice, smoked pork and dried radish teppanyaki rice, duck and potato teppanyaki rice, teppanyaki beef noodles, etc.
