How to make fried rabbit legs with crispy spicy steamed bread

1. Prepare the materials.

2.1212Wash the rabbit legs and cut them into pieces.

4. Put the cut rabbit legs in a bowl, add cooking wine, salt and pepper and marinate for 20 minutes.

5. Add oil to the wok, and when the oil is 70% hot, put in the cut steamed bread pieces.

6. Fry the steamed bread until golden brown and set aside. (Fried Crispy)

7. Put oil in a wok. When the oil temperature reaches 60% hot, pour in the rabbit legs and fry until the surface shrinks slightly. Remove from the pan and drain the oil.

8. Heat the oil in the wok to 80% hot, pour in the chicken pieces and fry again. When the surface is golden brown, remove and set aside.

9. Slice the garlic; chop the green onion; and chop the ginger.

10. Leave some oil in the wok and stir-fry scallions, ginger and garlic over low heat.

11. Add the rabbit meat and stir-fry, then add cooking wine, salt, Maggi soy sauce and sugar to season.

12. Stir-fry for 3 minutes and add the crispy spicy peanuts.

13. Finally, add the fried steamed bread, sesame oil and green onions and stir-fry.
