1. 2. Place the pot on the stove and heat it to 30% to 40% hot, pour in a little vegetable oil, and evenly spread the beef tenderloin in the pot;

3. Stir-fry until the color changes to 80% to 90% cooked, set aside;

4. Heat the pan again, cut some onion into strips, sauté until fragrant, add onion strips, add a pinch of salt, and fry until half cooked;

5. Pour in the beef tenderloin, sprinkle with a little black pepper powder, pour in 1 teaspoon of brandy, stir a few times, drizzle in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil as a finishing oil, stir a few times, and serve.
