1. Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat until melted, then beat until smooth!

3. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, put the egg whites into an oil-free and water-free container, add the egg yolks to the cheese paste one by one, stir evenly once before adding the next one!

4. After stirring evenly, add sifted low flour and corn starch!

5. Stir gently until evenly combined!

6. Add sugar to the egg whites in three batches, and beat with an electric whisk until wet foam forms. When you lift the whisk and there is a curved hook, it is done!

7. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them to the cheese and egg yolk mixture and mix well!

8. After stirring evenly, add the remaining egg whites and stir evenly!

9. Pour into a six-inch removable bottom mold, shake out the bubbles, preheat the oven to 160 degrees in advance, add about 1 cm high of hot water to the baking tray, put the wire rack and baking tray in one layer, and bake the bottom layer at 150 degrees for 60 minutes!

10. When the time is up, leave it in the steamer for another 30 minutes before taking it out. There is no need to turn it upside down. Continue to refrigerate for four hours before removing it from the mold. It will taste even better!
