How to make egg yolk cookies in the oven

As the name suggests, egg yolk biscuits are made with egg yolks and flour. The ingredients are relatively simple, in addition to the above two, there are also salt and powdered sugar. The first step is to mix all the materials together into a viscous state, then use a fixed flower tape to make a model, and then put it in the oven to bake. After preheating to 160 degrees, put it in and bake for about 15 minutes and you're done.

70g low gluten flour

1 egg

2 egg yolks

45g powdered sugar

Pour egg yolks, eggs, powdered sugar and salt into a bowl.

Use a whisk to stir until the color becomes lighter and thicker.

Pour in cake flour.

Blend until a thick paste forms. (Don’t make it too thin. If it’s too thin, add some more powder.)

Put the piping bag in a glass, then pour the prepared egg mixture into the piping bag. Cut a small opening in the piping tape.

Squeeze the egg yolk mixture into a non-stick baking pan. The size depends on your preference. (If you don’t have a non-stick baking pan, you can line the baking pan with tin foil)

Finished a plate. If there are a lot of bubbles after squeezing, you can tap the baking tray on the table a few times.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 10 minutes, then put the baking tray into the preheated oven, place it on the upper layer of the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
