How to make curry rice pork roll

1. Dice carrots, celery and onions. Soak rice in hot water for 15 minutes and set aside.

6. Place chopped carrots, celery, and onions around the bowl, sprinkle with appropriate amounts of salt and pepper, and finally drizzle with olive oil and cover with a cooking bowl.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the cooking bowl in, bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour, turning it over twice in the middle. Take out the cooking bowl, open it, add brandy and water, and continue baking for 30 minutes, turning it over once in the middle.

8. After baking, take out the meat rolls, cut into 1cm slices and serve.
