How to make hand-rolled noodles

6. Fold into 3 layers and sprinkle flour in the middle of each layer (so that the noodles will not stick when cutting)

7. Use a knife to cut into noodles (the width depends on your preference)

8. After the noodles are cut, sprinkle some high flour on them and shake them with your hands (so that the noodles will not stick together easily)

9. Arrange the noodles into shape again, and try to shake off the dry flour (it is best to put them directly into the pot, as they will stick together if left for a long time; if the flour is not shaken clean, it will easily mix with the soup; use a large pot to cook, otherwise it will not be easy to cook)
