How to make colored pig skin jelly

7. Blanch the amaranth in boiling water.

8. Chop the blanched amaranth into small pieces.

13. Boil the pig skin for half an hour and then turn off the heat and let it cool.

14. Take out the pig skin, put it into the mixing cup in batches, and mix it with appropriate amount of soup into pig skin paste.

15. Pour the mixed pig skin paste together again.

16. Reboil the vegetable juice and pork skin puree in a ratio of 1.5:1 and add salt to taste. The correspondence between colors and vegetables: orange-red - carrot juice, khaki - curry, light orange - barbecue seasoning, sauce color - soy sauce, green - amaranth juice, white - no additives. (For curry, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and original flavor, add the same amount of water to the meat paste)

17. Take any container, add a layer of 1-2 tablespoons of meat puree into it, put it in the refrigerator until it is frozen, then add another soup, and add it one by one until it is full. Store the remaining soup in the refrigerator.

18. Refrigerate overnight and cut into pieces for consumption the next day. You can dip it in garlic vinegar or any other dipping sauce that you like.
