6. Take a large spoonful of the broth from the duck feet and mix it with ingredient 2 (except shallots and peppercorns) to make a sauce.

7. Chop the green onion and peppercorns.

8. Add the seasoning sauce, chopped green onions, peppercorns and chili oil from step 6 into the duck feet.

9. Stir well.
