How to make lemon sweet and sour radish

1. Wash the purple cabbage and cut into pieces.

2. Take half a lemon and cut it into slices.

4. Blend for 10 seconds and then filter out the juice.

5. Put the lemon slices into the purple cabbage juice and squeeze on the remaining half lemon juice.

6. Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.

8. Cut into thin slices.

9. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add the radish slices and blanch until they become transparent.

10. Put the blanched radish slices into the prepared cabbage juice and marinate for 2 hours.
