How to make orange-flavored double-color pig skin jelly

9. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.

10. Pour half of it into a container and refrigerate until the surface is frozen.

11. Add a little soy sauce to the other half, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

12. After cooling until it is no longer hot, add it to the container and continue to refrigerate until it is completely frozen. Cut into the shape you like and dip it in the sauce when eating.
