Ingredients: 70g Meimei low-gluten flour, 30g corn starch, 40g soft sugar, 3 fresh eggs (about 60g each)

1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white. Put the egg white in a water-free and oil-free container and set aside.

2. Add a small amount of sugar to the egg yolks and beat until the sugar is dissolved, but do not beat it.

3. Add sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat until hard peaks form.

4. Pour a small portion of egg whites into the egg yolk bowl, stir evenly, then pour all back into the egg white bowl, cut and stir, be careful not to defoam! Finally, sift the low-flour corn starch mixture into the egg yolk and egg white paste, continue to stir until there is no dry powder, do not over-stir. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

5. Put the batter into a piping bag. You can use a 5-tooth, 6-tooth or small round piping nozzle (any piping nozzle you like will do). Just squeeze out small round cakes that are the right size for your baby on a baking tray lined with wax paper (oil cloth is best). The spacing does not need to be too large so that they do not expand too much during baking.

6. Bake at 180 degrees on the middle layer for 15-20 minutes. The time is not fixed, every oven is different, so you can only adjust it according to the temperament of your own oven. It is best to watch it when it starts to color. You can take it out of the oven when the color is almost right. You can eat it after it cools down a little. It is fragrant and crispy.

85g pumpkin puree (wetter)

1. Grind the steamed pumpkin into a paste, add milk powder and mix it into flour, then knead it into dough.

2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour.

3. Roll the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of 0.8 cm on the panel. Use a knife to cut it into small pieces of a length suitable for the baby to hold, about one decimeter.

4. Gently rub the cut pieces on the panel a few times to make them more round. Then pinch the two ends with your hands and twist a few times to form a twist pattern, then place it on a plate and put it into the preheated oven. Bake at 160 degrees on the middle layer for 25 minutes. Here you need to take it out from the middle and turn it over.
