raw material:

Abalone, garlic, salt, chicken essence, sugar

Method: 1. Whole abalone;

2. Peel the abalone meat from the abalone shell, remove the intestines and stomach of the abalone, rub and wash with salt, rinse and clean the abalone shell with a brush;

3. Heat the garlic in hot oil, add salt, Maggi, chicken essence, sugar, put the abalone into the abalone shell, pour the sauce on it, open the pot and steam it over high heat for seven or eight minutes.

②Abalone with oyster sauce

Material:

Fresh abalone, salt, green onion, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, green onion

Method: 1. Clean the hard edges of fresh abalone, rub with salt to remove mucus, wash and sprinkle with scallion, ginger and cooking wine, and steam in a steamer for ten minutes (8 minutes if you want to eat it tender and 10 minutes if you want it cooked).

2. Take out the abalone and remove the scallions and ginger. Sprinkle the prepared sauce on top: stir the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence and sugar evenly around the abalone. Sprinkle some shredded scallions on each abalone.

3. Pour a little oil into the pan until it smokes and pour it on the abalone.

③Steamed abalone

raw material:

200g abalone

5 grams of salt, 10 grams of cooking wine, 10 grams of shallot, 2 grams of MSG, 30 grams of ginger, 20 grams of vinegar, 5 grams of pepper, 15 grams of soy sauce, 5 grams of sesame oil (actually, the amount depends on the actual situation)

practice:

1. Cut the abalone in half with a straight knife on both sides;

2. Wash the green onion and ginger, cut the green onion into strips, mince half of the ginger and slice the other half;

3. Place the abalone on a plate, add cooking wine, MSG, 100 ml soup, scallions, ginger slices, peppercorns and salt, and steam in a steamer;

4. Steam for about 10 minutes, then take out the onions, ginger and peppercorns;

5. Add vinegar, soy sauce, minced ginger and sesame oil into a bowl to make ginger juice;

6. Serve the abalone with ginger juice and dip it in ginger juice.
