Fish soup recipe

Fish is a kind of seafood that everyone likes to eat. There are many ways to eat fish, and there are also many ways to prepare it. The preparation methods vary depending on the type of fish people like to eat. There is stewed fish, which tastes very delicious and the meat is tender. Or you can make fish soup, which has very high nutritional value and can supplement the protein needed by the human body. What are the methods of making fish soup?

Yellow croaker in sour soup

6 yellow croakers/ 2 tomatoes

1 teaspoon salt/ pepper/ a little vinegar

Vegetable oil/ a little green onion/ 1 small piece of ginger

1. Cut tomatoes into pieces and set aside. Slice ginger

2. Heat the wok, add a little oil to moisten the wok, then add a little more oil, and then add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. If this step is done well, the fish will not stick to the wok.

3. After the ginger slices are fried, add the fish and fry over low heat. After one side is fried, turn it over and continue frying for a while.

4. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the lid and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat

5. After the fish is cooked for a few minutes, the soup becomes thicker. Add the tomatoes, cover the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

6. Add a little pepper and salt to taste

7. Add a little vinegar before serving, and add chopped green onions or green garlic for garnish.

Fresh Mushroom Milk White Carp Soup

2 crucian carps / 750g seasonal mushrooms / 5g salt

Ginger slices/ scallions/ white pepper powder 5g

1. Heat the pan, add oil, and when it is 90% hot, add crucian carp (wipe the crucian carp dry with kitchen paper in advance) and fry.

2. When frying, don't turn it over in a hurry. Push it gently with a spatula. If the crucian carp can move with the spatula, it proves that it is ready to be turned over. When turning over and frying again, add ginger slices and fry for 2 minutes

3. Add all the mushrooms, pour in boiling water, add half of the white pepper, cover, and boil over high heat for 15 minutes

4. After 15 minutes, add the remaining white pepper and salt, mix well and serve.

Tips:

1. When frying fish, be sure to heat the empty pan until it is very hot, then add oil. After the oil is hot, fry the fish. This will prevent the fish from sticking and the fish skin will not easily break.

2. Reserve half of the white pepper and add it last because the fragrance will disappear if it is cooked for too long. Add a part of it first to remove the fishy smell and add the rest at the end to enhance the flavor.
