6. Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Add in marinated shredded pork, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, ginger, carrots, bok choy, and scallions. Finally, add in the chopped fish skin. Add a little cooking wine, salt, pepper, and MSG for seasoning. Bring to a boil and do not cook for too long. Drizzle with sesame oil and a spoonful of rice vinegar before serving. Serve on a plate.
