How to cook crucian carp with enoki mushrooms

3. Fry until both sides are slightly browned and fragrant.

4. Add enough water to the soup pot, put the fish in, boil over high heat, skim off the foam, add a few drops of rice wine, turn to medium-low heat and continue to cook for about 15 minutes, turn to high heat, put the enoki mushrooms in the pot and cook for a while

5. Put the soaked wolfberries into the pot and cook for 3-2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and a little pepper to season, turn off the heat and serve.
