How to make scallop steamed egg custard

1. Clean the scallops, wash them and soak them in cooking wine for a while.

2. Place on a plate and set aside.

3. Beat the eggs thoroughly and pour in an equal amount of warm water.

4. Add salt and mix well.

5. Sieve the evenly stirred egg liquid and slowly pour it into the plate with scallops. If there are still bubbles, absorb them little by little with a paper towel.

6. Cover the plate with egg liquid with a flat plate (more environmentally friendly than using plastic wrap), turn on high heat, steam until the water boils, then steam on low heat for about 12 minutes. Drizzle with your favorite sesame oil when eating.
