1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Chop the coccyx into pieces and soak them in clean water to remove the blood.

3. Peel the lotus root and soak it with water chestnuts and jujubes in clean water.

4. Blanch the pork bones in boiling water and clean them.

5. Turn off the heat and add appropriate amount of water into the pot, add onion, ginger and dates.

6. Add cooking wine.

7. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

8. Cut the lotus root into thick slices and cut the water chestnuts into cubes.

9. Put lotus root and water chestnuts into the pot.

10. Turn off the heat after boiling, put the inner pot into the outer pot, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

11. When the ingredients are cooked, take out the inner pot, place it on the fire and add salt and pepper to season.

12. Bring to a boil again and turn off the heat.
