How to eat the inside of durian?

Durian is a very special fruit in our life, and ripe durian generally emits a special smell. Many people stay away from it. Although the smell of durian is special, the taste is very delicious. Durian is rich in nutrients, but it is not suitable to eat too much durian. Eating too much will cause getting angry. However, if you get angry after eating too much durian, you can eat the white flesh of durian to reduce the heat. So how do you eat the inner flesh of durian?

Durian Soup

Ingredients: One raw durian (not ripe), about 4-5 pounds. 1 to 2 pounds of spare ribs (chicken is also fine), and other ingredients are optional, depending on personal preference. If you don't want it, the soup will be very sweet.

Method: Take out the flesh of the durian, discard the seeds, cut the flesh into blocks or strips (depending on your preference), then chop the ribs into small pieces, put them all in the pot, add a little salt and wine, stir, and then you can start cooking the soup. It takes about fifteen minutes to cook on high heat, then you can simmer on low heat. The soup will be ready in about half an hour.

Durian core crucian carp soup

Ingredients: 4-5 pieces of durian core (about 300 grams), 1 crucian carp (about 400 grams), 3 slices of ginger.

practice:

Fry the crucian carp on low heat until both sides turn slightly yellow. Then put it into a clay pot together with the durian core and ginger. Add 2000 ml (about 8 bowls) of water. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer for 2 hours over low heat. Add an appropriate amount of salt and a little cooking oil.

——Traditional Chinese medicine believes that crucian carp has the effects of strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness, warming the middle and stimulating appetite, promoting blood circulation and unblocking meridians, and warming the middle and lowering qi. The durian core is used instead of the durian flesh in this soup to make the soup more refreshing and less greasy, which is more in line with the requirements of autumn soup.

Durian Chicken

Use durian pulp and durian seeds and add chicken to cook together.

Ingredients: Use a knife to cut off the white and soft flesh inside a durian and put it in a bowl for later use; it is best to find all the seeds inside a durian that are round and plump (if you buy a durian like the "Golden Pillow", most of its seeds are flat and difficult to use to make soup), and wash them in water. A small breeder chicken weighing less than two kilograms.
