How to make spicy wonton

1. A small bowl of fresh minced meat

2. Finely chop the green onion and ginger and place them on the meat filling. (The main function of scallion and ginger is to remove the fishy smell of meat and increase the aroma. If you don’t like it, you can add scallion and ginger juice instead)

3. Add salt, soy sauce, MSG, a little cornstarch and appropriate amount of water

4. Add water to the meat filling in small amounts, stir well and add it a second time. Do not pour it all in at once. Beat in one direction until it starts to gel. The wonton filling is ready.

5. Take a wonton wrapper and scoop in an appropriate amount of minced pork

6. Fold diagonally to wrap the meat filling

7. Then fold the two tips of the dough towards the middle and pinch them tightly! A small wonton is ready.

8. Wrap all the wontons one by one

9. Take an empty bowl, add a little salt, a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, a spoonful of chili oil, half a spoonful of pepper powder (pepper oil), a few drops of sesame oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Put water in the pot, bring it to a boil, scoop out some water and pour it into the bowl with the sauce to make a sauce bowl.

10. Then add wontons and boil over high heat until 70% cooked. Add black fungus and blanch it for a while.

11. Throw in the shrimps that have been processed in advance and wait until the shrimps turn red.

12. Put all the cooked ingredients into a bowl
