Red beans, called "adzuki beans" in traditional Chinese medicine, also have obvious diuretic, anti-edema, and spleen and stomach strengthening effects. Main ingredients: winter melon, coriander.

Ingredients: scallion, soy sauce, broth (or water), salt, sugar.
