Three ways to make sushi

3.14.1) Rolled sushi, commonly known as sushi roll. This is what we call the most ordinary sushi. Put the sushi mat on the table, put a piece of nori on it, and spread the rice evenly (note that half a centimeter of nori should be left on all four sides without covering the rice). Align the cucumber, yellow carrot, ham, and egg cut into strips on one side of the rice. Then start rolling from the end where the ingredients are placed. After rolling, let it cool and set aside. Then cut it into 1 cm sections and lay it flat, it looks so good.

6.4.3) Nigiri sushi, the kind we have eaten, has rice at the bottom and some toppings on top. One method is to hold the rice with your hands, pinch it into a small oval shape with appropriate force, and then cover it with the ingredients. The other one is what I want to teach you. Because this is just like rolled sushi, it’s convenient. The method is the same as rolling sushi, except that the sushi is rolled hard into a sushi strip with a flat oval cross-section. (Try to make its cross section as flat as possible) Then wait for the sushi strips to cool for a long time, cut them into sections every two centimeters, and then place them flat. Finally, cover it with the purchased Chinese salad with squid and snail meat, and you’re done.
