12. Add 100 grams of water and bring to a boil.

13. Pour the first layer of mousse filling onto the solidified layer and refrigerate.

14. Repeat this process until the mold is full. There are two layers of jelly and three layers of mousse in total.

15. After everything is frozen, place it at room temperature and blow it with a hair dryer to remove it from the mold. (If the room temperature is high, you can demould it after leaving it for one minute.).
