What to eat for chronic gastritis

Many people have had gastritis. After suffering from gastritis, what everyone needs to pay attention to is to improve the condition through a reasonable diet. In terms of diet, the first thing to pay attention to is that three meals a day must be eaten on time and in moderation. You cannot eat too full or too little. You must eat some coarse grains and crude fiber foods, especially nuts such as beans and peanuts. They must be crispy before eating. Try to eat less hard foods.

Diet for patients with chronic gastritis

1. Eat at regular times and in regular amounts: Three meals a day should be eaten on time, and you should not eat too much. You can have a small snack between meals, but not too much so as not to affect the main meal.

2. Pay attention to softness, tenderness and digestibility: The staple food, vegetables, meat and other non-vegetarian dishes, especially beans, peanuts and other nuts should be cooked thoroughly and cooked until they are soft and tender to facilitate digestion and absorption. Eat less rough food and food high in crude fiber. The food should be carefully prepared and rich in nutrition.

3. Keep fresh and light: All kinds of food should be fresh and should not be stored for too long before consumption. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits that are low in fiber, such as winter melon, cucumber, tomato, potato, spinach leaves, Chinese cabbage, apples, pears, bananas, oranges, etc. 4. Eat light meals with less oil. Light meals are easy to digest and absorb, and are also beneficial to the recovery of stomach problems.

Don't forget dietary taboos: Patients with chronic gastritis should avoid strong liquor (other alcoholic beverages should also be consumed less or not), cigarettes, strong tea, coffee, chili peppers, mustard and other highly irritating condiments.

5. Avoid eating soups and dishes that are too sweet, too salty, too thick, too cold, too hot, or too sour to avoid damaging the gastric mucosa. Drinking large amounts of carbonated beverages can also cause varying degrees of damage to the gastric mucosa.
