How to make honey walnut tart

1. Soften the unsalted butter at room temperature, add fine sugar and beat evenly; add the whole egg in batches and stir until it becomes a uniform cream paste;

6. Fit the tart crust tightly to the tart mold without leaving any gaps, and roll it on the tart mold with a rolling pin;

7. Tear off the excess tart crust on the edge of the tart mold, and use a toothpick to poke many small holes in the bottom of the tart crust to prevent it from expanding during baking; put the tart crust and the tart mold into a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes;

8. Take out the tart shell, cover it with baking paper, put a weight on it, and bake in an oven at 180°C for 5 minutes;

9. Remove the weight and bake the tart shell for another 10 minutes.

10. Add fine sugar and honey to the pot and cook over low heat until bubbling;

11. Add milk and stir with a wooden spoon. Bring to a boil and continue to simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add unsalted butter and stir well.

12. Add the walnut kernels that have been microwaved for 6 minutes on medium-high heat and mix well;

13. Add the egg liquid and stir well, continue to cook over low heat until the soup is slightly dry;

14. Pour the cooked filling into the baked tart crust, spread it with a wooden spoon and press it slightly to flatten it;

15. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10 minutes; after cooling, cut into pieces of appropriate size.
